4:45 p.m. – PILATES AND ELASTIC – Put more expansion in your body by using the flexible band and the elastic with this
flow class of original and modified Pilates movements with Laura Urbaniak.

9:30 a.m. – FUSION BAR with Carolina Sendic.
10:45 am – GARUDA MATWORK – Holistic and dynamic, this discipline inspired by Pilates, Dance, Yoga and Tai Chi
is a unique philosophy. The course combines dynamic, fluid, rhythmic and mental work to increase strength, flexibility,
in coordination and endurance with Eva Winskill.
12 p.m. – PILATES AND STRETCH & TONE CIRCLE – Flow class which presents a good balance between strength and
stretching with Laura Urbaniak.
