Holistic and dynamic – GARUDA is a revolutionary new technique created by James D’Silva. This discipline inspired by Pilates, Dance, Yoga and Tai Chi is a unique philosophy and is practiced on a machine and or on the floor. The sessions combine dynamic, fluid, rhythmic and mental work to increase strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance.
Formation’s goal :
Here, the base of Pilates is used with a different approach. We are going to learn how to isolate a muscle and then work the myofascial lines. This approach is beneficial for people who have dysfunctions or an imbalance. It is also an excellent training for teachers who wish to pursue the GARUDA technique.
