Understand the physiological and biomechanical principles behind Pilates, Garuda, Yoga, and other disciplines

Knowledge of the human body, through a mastery of anatomy and biomechanics, is essential for an informed practice of Pilates. This enables you to teach high-quality classes safely, conduct a more precise analysis of postures, learn to identify them, and understand how to improve them. Enhance your knowledge to tailor your group and private classes to your clients.

  • The Spine, its role, and workshop: “Mobilizing and Stabilizing the Spine”
  • What are the deep abdominal muscles? What are the different relationships between them? What are the functions of the various abdominal muscles? How to achieve neutral alignment? Practical workshop
  • Study and Function of the Shoulder Girdle and its practical workshop
  • Study and Function of the Pelvic Girdle and its practical workshop
  • Cardiorespiratory System, Study of the Respiratory Skeleton; what are the respiratory muscles? What are the different types of breathing? Its practical workshop
