Practice and Observation – Master Class
OBJECTIVE: To practice the movements on the mat and with the equipment. Observe lessons. Course preparations with different themes: back problems, shoulders, knees, hips, sports, seniors, prenatal, postnatal…
Take the Master Class courses, you can choose per course, per day, per weekend or every weekend.
Saturday April 16:
9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. – FOAM ROLLER Pilates class: The Center “Powerhouse of the body” as J.Pilates said. Work your deep abs, transverse abs and pelvic floor in coordination with the rectus and oblique muscles but without forgetting the breath connection.
10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. – Pilates SWISSBALL class: sporty, in a dynamic rhythm, challenge your body and your mind with the swissball
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM – CIRCLE Pilates class: Stretch & Core, you combine Pilates exercises and stretching.
2:00 PM – 5:30 PM – WORKSHOP: Analyze the morning classes. Work on the instructions, the sensations, the corrections to have a richer and more dynamic lesson.<br>
Sunday April 17:
9H – 12H – Prepare lessons of different levels and themes, practice, teach and observe.
12 p.m. – 1 p.m. – Confirmed Pilates classes
Flow les 34: the 34 movements of J.Pilates in modified or original movements with rhythm and fluidity.
2 p.m. – 5 p.m. – Learn to work in one to one, identify the postures by preparing a suitable lesson, teach and observe.
