Space m yoga workshop/training
Space m yoga is a practice of breath, movement and relaxation. Learning how to explore the space within and around the body and how to move with ease. An invitation to create more possibilities
within your practice. Space m yoga is a blend of classical yoga postures with innovative movement. Encouraging the body to move in a 360˚ capacity, with undulations, articulations and wave like
patterns. The practice begins with simple, slow, fluid movements, developing into integrated sequences, with a constant focus on the transitional moments.
Magnus is highly regarded for his knowledge of the moves.
These three days are aimed at Yoga teachers, students to learn the right technique, Pilates teachers who want to add movements to their classes, teachers of
Garuda to better explain the movements.
GOAL : Learn to analyze movements in a yoga class. Magnus will help you
find the fluidity for a class (vinyasa yoga) with good technique.

Sunday: 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. – Movements
• 12:00 p.m.-1:30 p.m. Space M Yog class
