OBJECTIVE
Pilates training with Swiss ball and Bosu. Practice movements on the mat. Observe classes.
Prepare classes on various topics: back, shoulder, knee, and hip issues; athletes; and attend
Master Class sessions. You can choose by class, by day, by weekend, or every weekend
Friday: 10:00 AM–1:30 PM / 2:30 PM–6:00 PM

9:30 AM–10:30 AM: Beginner Pilates class covering the 15 fundamentals,
focus on breathing
10:30 AM–12:00 PM: Workshop analyzing the class, developing instructions and
sensations, practice
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Intermediate Pilates class for beginners, theme: the core
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Workshop on class analysis, developing instructions and
body sensations, practice
3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Intermediate Pilates class, theme: fluidity
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Workshop on class analysis, developing instructions
and body awareness, practice
Sunday
9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Swiss Ball Pilates Class
10:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Workshop: Class analysis, developing instructions and
body awareness, practice
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Advanced Pilates Class: 34 Flow
2:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Workshop on the various principles of the Pilates method (breathing, the core,
fluidity, transverse abdominis, pelvic floor, etc.) Analyzing client expectations, how to design
high-quality individual or group Pilates sessions, how to correct students, understanding and feeling each
fundamental exercise, teaching the 15 fundamentals, adapting exercises to your clients, practical
application.
