OBJECTIVE
To practice the movements on the Mat and on the Equipment. Observe lessons. Course preparations with different themes: Back, shoulder, knee, hip problems, sports, seniors, prenatal, postnatal… And follow the Master Class courses. You can choose per lesson, per day, per weekend or every weekend

Saturday, November 4:
9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. – Beginners Pilates class with the 15 fundamentals, theme of breathing
10.30 a.m. – 12 p.m. – Workshop analysis of the course, develop instructions and feelings, practice.
12 p.m. – 1 p.m. – Intermediate Pilates beginners class, center theme.
2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. – Workshop, analysis of the lesson, develop instructions and feelings, practice.
3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Intermediate Pilates class, theme fluidity.
4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. – Workshop, analysis of the lesson, develop instructions and feelings, practice.
Sunday, November 5:
9 a.m. – 10 a.m. Confirmed Pilates class 34 Flow
10 am – 12.30 pm – Study of the different principles of the Pilates method (breathing, center, fluidity, transverse, pelvic floor, etc.). 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Analyze client expectations, learn how to build quality Pilates sessions, individual or collective, how to correct students by understanding and feeling each exercise thoroughly
