Apprendre comment utiliser le Reformer avec Garuda auprès d’Eva Winskill. Adapter le répertoire Garuda Apparatus sur les Reformer pour un cours adapté à vos clients. Vous aurez besoin d’un Reformer, d’une Box ou d’une petite plateforme.
