Saturday April 13th
9H30 – 10H30 Pilates FOAM ROLLER class: The “Powerhouse of the body” as J.Pilates used to say. Work your deep abs, transversus abdominis and pelvic floor in coordination with the rectus abdominis and obliques, as well as the Multifidus, not forgetting the breath connection.
10.45am – 11.45am Pilates SWISSBALL class: With a dynamic rhythm, challenge your body and mind with swissball.
12H – 13H Pilates CERCLE : Stretch & Core, combine Pilates exercises and stretching
14H – 17H30 WORKSHOP: Analysis of the morning’s classes. Work on instructions, sensations and corrections for a richer, more dynamic class.
Sunday April 14th
9H – 12H Prepare classes of different levels, different themes, practice, teach and observe.
12H – 13H Pilates Flow les 34 advanced classes: J.Pilates’ 34 movements in modified or original form, with rhythm and fluidity.
14H – 17H how to work one to one, identify postures, prepare a suitable class, teach and observe
